Appointment scheduling based on a referral

Scheduling is carried out in accordance with the: Regulation on the Longest Allowable Waiting Times for Individual Health Services and the Method of Managing Waiting Lists.

Appointments are accepted during the clinic's office hours.

The urgency level affects the determination of the appointment.

The description of the health problem and the extent of the authorizations given determine the content of the treatment. All the information mentioned is visible on the referral.

The urgency levels are: URGENT, FAST, REGULAR.

 

Waiting lines for each urgency level are published in the clinic and online at the waiting times address.
Waiting times and appointments are managed separately for the internal medicine clinic and the ultrasound clinic.

To schedule, you need to provide the original referral to the clinic.
If you cannot attend the scheduled treatment, you are obliged to inform us in advance.

Scheduling for self-paying services

You can schedule a self-paying service:
through the online program E-APPOINTMENT
by phone: 05 8 501150 (mention that you are scheduling a self-paying service)
by email: (state that you are scheduling a self-paying service)

 

When scheduling a self-paying service, check the referral for:
Which treatment you are scheduling: internal medicine consultation or ultrasound examination.
Check which urgency level is indicated on the referral by the referring physician.
Prepare your contact details: name, address, postal code, phone number, email.
